Mission Briefing
We have the location of a small, unmanned Minmatar convoy that is carrying relief supplies to an Amarr slave camp. It's the kind of effort that's likely to do more harm than good in the long run. Slavery doesn't look as bad if the slaves are well-cared for.
I need you to destroy that convoy; once you're done, I'll have my people arrange something at the scene that points back to the Amarr. After all, they're the ones responsible for this whole mess.
