The Blockade (Level 1)

Pirates have set up a blockade near a hidden stargate in {System Name}, and are swarming over any passersby, which are mostly merchants and civilians. Pirates tend to create these temporary blockades at ill-defended stargates, usually ones which have been set up by civilians and are not guarded by our forces. But we still have an obligation to protect the citizens of Ihatalo. Therefore I want you, {Player Name}, to fly to the stargate and eliminate the illegal blockade.

Tips
This will be a very challenging Level 1 mission for anyone still in a frigate. Bring a friend, or come in a destroyer.
Upon entering the room, you will be webbed by a Starbase Stasis Tower. You should use an afterburner or microwarp drive (MWD) to apply additional speed and get within optimal range of the statis tower to take it out. When you destroy the pilots from the first spawn, the next 3 will appear at about 100km and being closing, so take out the tower before killing the last pilot if you don't want to be webbed in place.
The waves are frigates and cruisers, with frigates closing to around 1km and cruisers staying around 10km and hitting harder. Beware of the Pithi Saboteur as they can ECM jam you (causing you to lose all locked targets and be unable to regain any locks until the jam wears off). If you get jammed, continue your orbit and use the break to direct more capacitor to healing/repairing. If things get tight, be aligned and ready to warp out.
Try flying towards the clumps of pilots to buy time before the other clumps close to firing range and you'll be fine. There are 34 wrecks to loot, so bring your salvager. The mission ends when you kill the cruiser in the last spawn, the pirate leader.
